No reusable chappals, no anti mosquito kit, no tooth paste, practically for three persons only one litter water and one coffee pouch! no ventilation of toilet. The worst design! toilet chamber remains full of cigarette smoke from adjacent toilet. The reception manager is totally noncooperative. Only one bucket warm water for bathing by three persons! the worst experience we ever had in any hotel in a metropolitan city like chennai.

horrible experience. on 15th April 2025 at late night around 2.30 am someone knocking door /bell several times. one day before some police personnel came at 12.30 am verifying our ID .

Price was too high for the room which was provided and the room doesn’t seem to be clean and there is cigar smell once we enter the room. Could be clean and improved

Don’t have king bed, just jointed two single bed, less comfort, old building, small bathroom, ac water leakage, dirty blanket, torn towel no dedicated breakfast area.

The hotel was not clean. Complimentary breakfast was horrible. High time you remove them from your booking else you will lose your credibility. They served breakfast and handed over a bill saying that only idli and puri are complimentary. They did not even spread their breakfast. We had to wait for every time for each item we wanted and then a bill of rs. 472 was charged by tgem
